Tall, thoughtful guy who is neither extra or introvert. Three adult children and married for 28 years to the MD of a private fostering agency. Interests include history, philosophy, mathematics, writing, calligraphy/palaeography, sketching, music. Advanced first aider with St John Ambulance. Former Royal Engineers officer with practical engineering skills. Runs an allotment and delights in self-grown, organic produce. Loves walking, running, cycling, camping and sailing in wilderness areas. Loves spending time with his children and, so far, they seem to reciprocate. Cooking for friends, meals, conversation, travel.
